Job Description
Provide product and customer service support to customers looking for agricultural and lawncare equipment.
- Provide customer service and product support to customers.
- Schedule, and assist customers with equipment demos and rentals
- Assist with in-field equipment adjustments.
- Receive equipment detail requests from customers in person, by phone or email and respond with a quote or information in a timely manner
- Quote, provide, and issue purchase orders and receipts of good for equipment and units
- Maintain communication with the service department to schedule equipment inspections, PDI’s, and deliveries within the sales department.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to ensure proper communication across all departments.
- Participate in product training as required
- Other duties as assigned by your manager
- Local travel to pick up and deliver equipment to and from customers
- Close deals and achieve monthly or quarterly goals.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Education
Experience Required
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office
- Maintains current knowledge of company competitive products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well with individuals inside and outside of the organization.
- Performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to equipment
- Detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Forklift Experience considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s license
