Camp Tournesol’s mission is to inspire a lifelong love of the French language by providing an inclusive and engaging camp experience. We aim to welcome children of all backgrounds and French language levels, offering opportunities to grow in confidence and proficiency. Through fun, immersive activities, we help campers build a strong foundation in French while creating unforgettable memories.
We’re looking for someone to join our team in Embro that will assist us in preparing for the 2025 camp season.

As Customer Service, your duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Supporting the Recruiting Team by communicating with applicants, handling contracts and onboarding of new employees;
- Supporting customers with all inquiries and providing exceptional service;
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers, staff; working with Zendesk software
- Demonstrating professionalism, a positive attitude, thoughtfulness and stability in decision-making;
- Being self-confident and able to accept and adopt constructive feedback;
- Providing appropriate feedback to, and communication with parents or guardians whenever needed, and immediately when emergency contact with parents/guardians is required;
- Abiding by STEM Camp policies and procedures;
- Carrying out other reasonable duty requests from any member of the Management Team;
- Supporting and addressing camp staff concerns

Education
Experience Required
Successful Candidates Should Possess:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Inspirational and creative thinking skills
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Customer service-oriented mindset
Teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to take initiative
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to change
The ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to commute to workplace location, this is an in-office position
Applicants who are Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be prioritized
The Canada Summer Jobs program requires employees to be between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of their employment.
