Job Description
We are seeking a Part time Wellness Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys helping others on their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed
Education
Experience Required
Skills
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to sell products effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Technical sales skills are a plus, particularly for specialized products or services.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to engage customers and convey information clearly.
- 4+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
