Wellness Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part time Wellness Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys helping others on their wellness journey. Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed

Skills

• Proven sales experience with a strong ability to sell products effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
• Technical sales skills are a plus, particularly for specialized products or services.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to engage customers and convey information clearly.
• 4+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
