Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Emergency mitigations and restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires a hands-on approach to rebuilding and cleaning, utilizing both hand tools and power tools to restore structures to their original condition. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Assess damage and determine the necessary restoration processes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for restoration tasks.
- Clean affected areas thoroughly, ensuring all debris and contaminants are removed.
- Build and repair structures as needed, following safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Document the restoration process accurately for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
