Who We Are
15 Years ago The Power Garage started out as a small family run motorcycle dealership. We have since grown into a multi-dimensional outdoors store. We are a one stop shop for all recreational enthusiasts. Helping families create memories is our core goal. We are looking for passionate team members who are hard working and looking to join a fast-paced retail environment. Customer experience and service is our number one priority.
What You Bring to the Role
- Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Natural ability to speak and engage with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper department.
- Make BDC calls daily and achieve targets set by your manager.
- Identify clients needs and direct them to the right department.
- Follow proper processes.
- Adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals.
- Handle customer complaints as a customer service ambassador as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary.
- Keep up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Assist with other administrative tasks assigned
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education
Experience Required
What We’d Like From You
- Experience in a dealership environment is an asset but not mandatory we will train the right individual to ensure success.
- Occasional overtime required during peak season.
