Job Description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Bulk Tank Milk Grader/Driver to join our team. You MUST have your AZ license and you MUST have a minimum of three years of experience. This role includes evaluating raw milk quality at pick-up, maintaining compliance with grading standards, and transporting milk to processing facilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grade and assess raw milk during pick-up and transit
  • Safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure all health, safety, and milk handling regulations are followed
  • Maintain accurate records and report quality concerns
  • Collaborate with dispatch, farmers, receivers, mechanics, and fellow drivers
  • Work a rotating schedule shared with two other drivers (routes may change based on business needs)
  • Adhere to a year-round schedule (milk is picked up 365 days/year)
