Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

ChargerCrew Canada located in Woodstock ON, is a Premier Channel Partner for ChargePoint. With our expansion into nationwide supply and installation of Electric Vehicle Charger throughout Canada, ChargerCrew is currently expanding their logistics team with a Procurement and Logistics coordinator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Generate and issue purchase orders, order-confirmations and delivery documents
  • Coordinate the movement of goods to and from us, our suppliers, and our customers
  • Create, maintain and audit relevant customs documents and related records
  • Fulfill online orders from Amazon, Shopify and our online store and ship by courier
  • Oversee inventory control, replenishment, and materials tracking
  • Support our finance team with accurate data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues

Education

Post Secondary Degree

Experience Required

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a busy work environment with frequent interruptions and competing priorities
  • Positive Attitude with strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office in a network environment, and comfortable working with a large variety of programs and systems.
  • Post-Secondary education with a focus on business, procurement or logistics.
  • Materials management experience and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management 
  • Familiarity with MRP systems (Sage Business Vision preferred) and willingness to learn
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and import/export documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Forklift certified considered an asset

 

Please Note: This position does not qualify for remote work. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite
