Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Furniture Maker – General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day manufacturing processes of our furniture, working with wood and recycled plastics. While prior woodworking or production experience is an asset, it is not required—what matters most is a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and pride in creating quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of furniture components
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely (training provided)
- Perform sanding, finishing, and quality checks to ensure top craftsmanship
- Help with material handling, shop organization, and general labour tasks
- Support production schedules to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Education
Experience Required
- Previous woodworking or production experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift, move, and handle wood and furniture components
- Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company
