Job Description

We are hiring a new person for our team. Must be clean, speak good English and be able and ready to converse with customers to take their orders if necessary. Be able to prepare food, multi-task, kitchen prep and cleaning in a fast paced environment. Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of 10 Buck Pizza.
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to a high standard
  • Make Pizzas and other food items
  • Take Phone Orders
  • Process customer pick up orders including taking payments
  • Do food prep
  • Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Develops positive relationships with other team members.
  • Executes proper store operations during scheduled shifts.
  • Follows 10 Buck Pizza operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Provides quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.

Job Qualifications

Summary of Experience

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is an asset
  • Previous Pizza Making Experience an Asset
  • Ability to lift minimum 40lbs
  • Physically able to sustain long hours standing

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Desire to stay long-term
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Speaks Fluent English
  • Effective & Clear oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Hours of Position are within the following:

Tues ~ 4pm - 8pm

Wed ~ 4pm - 8pm

Thurs ~11am - 4pm

Fri ~ 11am - 4pm

Sat ~11am - 4pm
