Job Description
As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, helping to lead a team in a positive manner, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, while gaining valuable leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and assist manage the floor
- Assist in training, coaching and motivating team members
- Ensure a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for guests
- Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards
- When required, cover the Store Managers days off/vacation. Which may include cash handling and store procedures
- Lead by example and deliver Tim Hortons quality service and products Requirements
Education
Experience Required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be available flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Customer service background preferred
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
Friendly and outgoing
Reliable transportation
