Job Description

G&L Printing Services is looking for a Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing
team and help keep our 3PL, Print-on-Demand (POD), and production operations running
smoothly. Reporting to the Manager of Growth and Business Integrations, you’ll play a hands-on
role in supporting order fulfillment, apparel decoration, and daily production workflows.
This isn’t a sit-at-your-desk job — you’ll be on your feet, on the move, and right in the middle of
action. You’ll help keep jobs on track across our 3PL fulfillment, heat press, embroidery, and
screen printing departments — ensuring everything is organized, accurate, and completed on
time.

What You’ll Do
● Pick, pack, and ship client orders with accuracy for both 3PL and POD services
● Assist in apparel decoration production — including heat press, embroidery, and screen
printing as directed by production leads
● Prepare garments for decoration (folding, de-bagging, tagging, trimming, hooping, etc.)
● Support the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of screen print and embroidery
● Manage inbound and outbound shipments — receive, check, and organize stock and
materials
● Assist with labeling, barcoding, and fulfillment processing for POD and bulk client orders
● Conduct quality control checks on finished products before shipping
● Maintain clean and organized production and warehouse spaces
● Wash and reclaim screens weekly, maintaining screen printing cleanliness standards
● Load and unload boxes, prepare inventory, and restock materials as needed
● Use internal software systems (e.g., ShipStation, DecoNetwork, WMS) to track orders
and shipments
● Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve issues and improve
workflow efficiency
● Take initiative to support the team wherever needed — from decorating to fulfillment

Qualifications
● Experience in production, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred
● Hands-on skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
● Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
● Comfortable learning and using technology (WMS, ShipStation, DecoNetwork, or similar)
● Reliable, punctual, and accountable for maintaining production flow
● Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Open to learning new skills across heat press, embroidery, and screen printing
departments
● Minimum completed high school diploma
● Willing to roll up your sleeves — including cleaning, washing screens, and general
maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
● Is proactive, dependable, and takes pride in their work
● Thrives in a hands-on role where every day brings something new
● Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
● Isn’t afraid to get dirty when the job calls for it
● Keeps organized under pressure and adapts easily to changing priorities
● Loves seeing a project through from start to finish — from blank garment to finished
product

What We Offer
● Hands-on training across multiple departments (Screen Print, Embroidery, Heat Press,
3PL Fulfillment)
● A collaborative, fast-moving environment that values teamwork and adaptability
● A role with variety — no two days are the same
● Competitive hourly wage ($18–$22/hr, depending on experience)
● Part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week) More in peak seasons
● Opportunity to grow within a proudly Canadian company expanding its 3PL and POD
operations
