Job Description

Who We Are & Why You’ll Love Working Here

Welcome to Udderly Ridiculous Farm Life, a 13-time award-winning agritourism destination ranked in the top 10% of attractions worldwide by Tripadvisor for three years running. From alpaca picnics to goat cuddles, private highland cow encounters to immersive corporate training, everything we offer is designed to connect people to animals, nature, and themselves.

But what’s it like to work here?

One word: ridiculous

This is not your average marketing job. This is your creative playground, where ideas that usually get shut down at big agencies or corporate offices get the green light here (if they align with strategy and goals, of course). If you love animals, tourism, unique experiences, and have a passion for sustainability and animal welfare, this is the place to be.

We’re a small but mighty team, driven by passion, purpose, and partnership. You’ll work alongside people who genuinely care about animals, community, sustainability, and making people laugh while delivering exceptional quality. You’ll also be stepping into a solo marketing role, so we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, self-directed, and ready to run with it from day one. We’re looking for someone who has big ideas, is wildly creative, and can not only adopt our brand voice and identity but elevate it to new heights.

If you’re someone who thrives on creative freedom, loves animals and tourism, and wants to be part of something meaningful (and a lot ridiculous), this might just be your dream job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns with seasonal updates and A/B testing

  • Collaborate with tourism and industry partners, representing the brand at events, maintaining relationships, and coordinating joint campaigns
  • Create, manage, and analyze email campaigns and monthly newsletters through Mailchimp
  • Maintain and update the WordPress/Elementor website for brand consistency, conversion optimization, and timely updates
  • Design marketing assets (signage, postcards etc)
  • Define and uphold the brand’s unique voice and identity, ensuring consistent messaging across ads, social media, website, and email
  • Use Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting tools to measure performance against targets and provide insights
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are cost-effective, focusing on maximizing value and ROI with minimal spend
