Position Details:

  • Located in Woodstock, Ontario
  • Full-Time, permanent
  • Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Required to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot process/ business issues, work flows, productivity capacity and create process documentation
  • Utilize AI to automate routine work, improve planning accuracy and support decision making
  • Drive process mapping to define “As-Is Analysis” and the transition to future state
  • Facilitate SMARTGoal meetings, capture discussion and decision, publish minutes and lead debrief meeting
  • Seek and evaluate process improvement materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement events
  • Coach, counsel and train managers and employees to apply, support, sustain and develop a continuous improvement culture
  • Leverage best practices gained through Project Management activities to other activities which would benefit from implementation
  • Any other duties may be assigned from time to time

Education

Bachelor Degree

Experience Required

Qualifications: 

  • PMP designation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of a proven track record showcasing project management experience across cross-functional and/or technical projects
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Project Management
  • Experience in telecommunications would be an asset
