As a Service Coordinator, you will be a key player on our Service and Operations team - the heartbeat of our daily operations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls, providing information and technical support or coordinating with Service Support Technicians
  • Schedule technicians efficiently and strategically, ensuring urgent matters are prioritized
  • Manage warranty files and work closely with vendors to process parts and labor claims accurately
  • Coordinate technician travel arrangements (flights, hotels, vehicle rentals)
  • Process returned parts and customer credits
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Support project coordination and tracking
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless workflow across departments
  • Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors

What You Bring

 

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Customer service or inventory management experience (an asset)
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems (an asset)

Not Applicable

Experience Required

1+ year in customer service, administrative support, or scheduling

Experience using office software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Teams

Handling phone/email communication with clients

Basic data entry and record management

 

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly 20-22
