Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting architectural design and project execution across residential construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced drafting and modeling tools to bring architectural concepts to life.

Pay is per hour and is based solely on experience of applicant.

We offer flexible hours and a hybrid remote work environment to support a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, we provide several paid days off beyond statutory holidays, including Easter Monday, a Christmas closure, and a paid day off for your birthday.

Duties Include:

Building Design
Working Drawings
Preparation of Permit Packages
3D modeling in Revit
Rendering in Twinmotion and AI + Photoshop
Site visits
Communication with Clients

Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge and execution of working drawings
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit required.
Previous construction experience preferred.
Must be able to provide own transportation.
Building code knowledge required.
Knowledge in Revit.
Residential Design Experience Preferred.

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Experience:
Min. 3 year experience. Residential experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour dependent on experience.
