Job Description
YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM
Under the supervision of the Purchasing Leader, Purchasing and Administrative Agent will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining inventories while performing various administrative tasks in order to support the management team in their daily life.
THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU
- Carry out purchase orders for the various departments (maintenance, manufacturing, shipping, administration).
- Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders, confirmations, open orders
- Resolve issues related to receiving and invoice matching
- Maintain Master Raw Material Inventory data
- Manage supplier cost, quality and delivery performance
- Maintain supplier information, price lists and contact information for assigned suppliers
- Manage supplier returns and warranty claims
- Conduct and maintain physical raw material inventory monthly and annually
- Plans the purchase of raw materials in coordination with the weekly production schedule.
- Coordinates delivery of raw materials with the shipping department.
- Setting, monitoring and adjusting min/max on raw materials under his/her supervision.
- Maintains smooth operation of the office environment.
- Greet visitors and answer calls while respecting the values of the company.
- Assistance the Plant Manager in Office administrative tasks
- All other related tasks.
Education
Experience Required

Education and Experience
Degree in Supply chain or Relevant equivalent experience
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency using ERP/MRP systems
Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office Suite)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work schedule of 40 hours per week

Walking on the plant floor to take inventory of all raw materials
