Position Details:

  • Woodstock, Ontario
    • Regular rotation to store locations in Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, and Strathroy
  • Full-Time, Permanent
  • On-Site Hybrid 
  • Hours of work: 
    • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
    • Required to work in office 4 days per week as required by the needs of the business
    • Ability to work flexible hours outside of regular office hours may be required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate selection, training and ongoing development for the Retail Team
  • Coach and lead the team to attain sales targets and service KPIs and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure frequent and clear communication with direct reports so they are knowledgeable on current service programs and strategies
  • Schedule staffing to align with the hours of operation
  • Handle customer escalations as appropriate/required
  • Identify and resolve customer service issues, through problem management and tracking
  • Represent Execulink in community events to build awareness and relationships
  • Work closely with other Supervisors and Managers to ensure streamlined communications within all store locations
  • Provide operational support to store locations as needed
  • Maintain store presentation standards in line with Execulink brand expectations
  • Follow established process for inventory control within store locations
  • Work with external business partners in the maintenance of the store locations
  • All other duties as assigned

HR Responsibilities:

  • Hire/Onboarding/Train/Retain
  • Together with the Sales Manager, set KPIs, consistently monitor and provide formal and informal feedback to all team members
  • Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Develop and execute individual coaching plans including regularly scheduled 1:1s and interaction reviews (in-person, telephone, video, email)
  • Conduct Performance Reviews and Employee Performance Improvement Plan (EPIP) meetings as required
  • Document performance, attendance or behavioural issues; ensuring timely appropriate resolution to the concern up to and including termination as guided by Management and HR
  • Approval of timesheets/vacation/time off requests in alignment with company policies
  • Completion of variable compensation
  • Completion of HR forms
  • Direct Reports: Customer Care and Retail Sales Representatives

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a sales and customer service setting

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate to deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving targets and KPIs

  • Experience in a supervisory retail role including knowledge of selling tactics, inventory management and merchandising

  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and scheduling software

  • University degree or college diploma, with a focus in Business, preferred

  • Experience with relevant software applications

  • Valid Class G Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation

  • Superior negotiation skills to manage customer expectations

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, using excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Tenacious, self-starter and results-oriented

  • Highly professional and approachable

  • Maintain a high level of engagement with direct reports by setting targets and KPIs; consistently monitor and provide both formal and informal coaching to ensure performance excellence

  • Must have a positive and empathetic attitude that includes patience, dedication and commitment

  • Must be a highly motivated team player that takes pride in the quality of your work

  • Good judgment to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities

  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
