Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re looking for a passionate, client-focused Travel Advisor to join our team full-time in our office. Those with extensive travel experience with cruises and/or Disney vacations is a plus!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Consulting with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Designing and booking memorable vacations including Disney destinations, cruises, family vacations, and all-inclusive resorts.
  • Providing expert advice on Disney parks, resorts, cruise lines, itineraries, and onboard experiences.
  • Managing bookings from start to finish — quotes, reservations, invoicing, payments, and travel documentation.
  • Helping clients plan the details that elevate their trip, from dining reservations and excursions to special celebrations.
  • Assisting with changes, special requests, and problem-solving when needed.
  • Building lasting client relationships that lead to repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Staying current on supplier training, promotions, and destination updates.
  • Supporting group bookings and special travel projects when needed.
  • Ensuring every client interaction leaves travelers feeling excited, confident, and well cared for.

Experience Required

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a travel advisor with cruise and/or Disney travel sales experience. Will also consider those with a strong knowledge of Disney destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, or Adventures by Disney) and/or major cruise lines developed through personal trips.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people travel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Confidence using booking systems and office software (Microsoft Office experience required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional, warm, and client-focused.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • And most importantly… a genuine passion for travel and creating magical experiences for clients.

Licence/Certification:

  • TICO Certified Travel Counsellor Certificate (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (required)

Wage Details

$17.2 - $21 per hour
