Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency mitigation & Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and repairing various structures and materials affected by damage. You will utilize your expertise in power tools and hand tools to clean, build, and restore items to their original condition. If you have a passion for restoration and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration tasks.
  • Clean surfaces and prepare materials for repair or restoration.
  • Build and reconstruct damaged areas according to specifications.
  • Assess damage and determine the best methods for restoration.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with power tools and hand tools is essential.
  • Strong ability to clean, build, and restore various materials including drywall finishing, trim installation and painting.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
  • Be available for after hours work at a premium pay rate.

Experience Required

Experience in the restoration field, drywall finishing, trim installation and painting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of pay is based on experience.
