Job Summary

Unified CX Solutions is hiring motivated Sales Representatives to support customer outreach and sales activity on behalf of Execulink Telecom, a well-known telecommunications provider serving communities across Southwestern Ontario.

This is a flexible sales role that combines in-person field engagement with remote follow-up work. Candidates may be considered for either part-time or full-time opportunities depending on availability, experience, and fit.

Part-time candidates will primarily support door-to-door customer engagement in assigned neighbourhoods. 

Full-time candidates may also support work-from-home call centre sales activity, including customer follow-ups, inbound inquiries, and outbound sales calls.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working independently, being active in the community, and earning performance-based incentives.

About the Role

You will represent Execulink Telecom by engaging with potential customers in local communities, introducing available services, generating interest, and helping customers take the next step.

Depending on whether you are hired for part-time or full-time work, your role may include a combination of field sales and remote call centre support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighbourhoods
  • Speak with homeowners and introduce Execulink Telecom services
  • Explain products, pricing, promotions, and key benefits clearly
  • Generate qualified leads and customer interest
  • Track customer interactions and lead activity
  • Follow up with interested customers by phone
  • Support inbound and outbound sales calls where applicable
  • Represent the company professionally in the community

Work Structure

Field Sales

Field work will take place in areas such as:

  • Tillsonburg
  • Ingersoll
  • Oxford County and surrounding areas
  • Select community or residential locations as assigned

Remote Work-From-Home Support

For full-time candidates, additional hours may include remote sales support such as:

  • Following up with interested customers
  • Handling inbound sales inquiries
  • Conducting outbound customer calls
  • Supporting customer questions during the sales process

Schedule and Availability

The schedule may vary depending on field activity, customer availability, weather, and campaign needs. Candidates should have flexibility to work within a general window of approximately 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with some daytime, evening, and weekend availability required.

Part-time candidates should be comfortable with field-based shifts, especially during higher-opportunity customer engagement hours.

  • Reliable work-from-home setup for full-time candidates, including:
    • High-speed internet
    • Quiet, professional call environment
    • Computer or laptop access, if required

Previous experience is helpful, but we are open to training motivated candidates with the right attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation

This role offers competitive hourly pay plus performance-based incentives. Strong performers will have the opportunity to increase earnings based on results, consistency, lead quality, and customer conversion.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour, plus performance incentives

Wage Details
