Job Description

Employer seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join their team. As a Landscape Labourer, you will assist in various landscaping tasks such as planting, maintaining gardens, and operating power tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for maintaining and creating beautiful landscapes.

Duties:

  • Daily grounds and landscape maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
  • Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such routine garden maintenance, weeding, mulching, edging, etc.
  • Assists in spring and fall cleanups.
  • Weed, rake, and collect refuse, remove litter and garbage.
  • Cart and spread topsoil, mulch, gravel and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed.
  • Edge garden beds.
  • Perform general landscape duties (manually transport product, prep, install, plant).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Assist with general landscaping duties as assigned.

Experience Required

Must be hard working and reliable.  Some experience in the field is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

$18.00 per hour to start.
