 Position Summary

The Production Clerk provides administrative and data coordination support to Production and Maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, production reporting, inventory support, and coordination of documentation to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with production schedules.

The role works cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Materials, and Planning to support daily operations and ensure timely and accurate information flow.

About You

Education & Experience

  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or related field preferred

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or manufacturing support role preferred

Knowledge

  • Understanding of production systems and manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and cycle counting

  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems

  • Understanding of production reporting and documentation requirements

Skills

  • Strong data entry and numerical accuracy skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions

  • Office environment 

  • Exposure to dirt and noise in a manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $50,200 - $68,300
