Job Description

Schep’s Electric is hiring an experienced 309A Licensed Electrician. Join a small, family-owned business that takes pride in providing quality electrical services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Position is full-time, Monday to Friday. In-person with onsite parking.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, industrial, commercial, and agricultural settings.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to determine project specifications.
  • Attend service calls.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Report and document work completed, and parts used.
  • Train and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and instruction on proper electrical techniques, safety protocols, and best practice. 

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

  • Valid 309A Electrician – Construction and Maintenance License
  • Registered and in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario
  • Valid G-class driver’s license
  • Experience working in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
  • Hand and power tools required

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour (determined based on experience)
