Door to Door Sales Representative / Home Internet / Hourly + Commission

This is NOT a 100% Commission Role. You will get up to $25/hr + Commission + Benefits!!!

Tired of being stuck behind a desk all day? Stuck in a mall? We're hiring outgoing people who'd rather earn money on their feet, in their own community, than make cold calls in a cubicle.

We're a growing customer experience and sales company representing a well-known Southwestern Ontario telecom provider. We need motivated reps to talk to homeowners about internet, TV, and home services in the Tillsonburg and Ingersoll areas. If you're personable, reliable, and self-driven, we'll train you on everything else.

What You'll Do

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods (Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Oxford County)
• Have friendly conversations with homeowners about services
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions in plain language
• Generate leads and close interested customers
• Follow up by phone with warm leads
• Track your activity and customer interactions
• Full-time reps may also support remote follow-up calls from home

Schedule

Flexible shifts within roughly 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Some evenings and weekends required (that's when people are home). Part-time and full-time both available.

What We're Looking For

• You're comfortable talking to strangers and don't take "no" personally
• Outgoing, professional, and reliable
• Self-motivated — you don't need a manager standing over you
• Valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Able to travel within Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, and Oxford County
• Sales, customer service, retail, or telecom background is a plus, but not required — attitude matters more

• Don't have your own vehicle

What You'll Earn

• $20–$25/hour base depending on experience
• Uncapped performance bonuses on every sale
• Top performers regularly earn well above base through commissions
