Job Description
Will work the front/cash area to deal directly with customers.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting loyal customers and providing exceptional in-store service.
- Merchandising: Displaying fresh baked goods and executing marketing campaigns.
- Bakery Operations: Maintaining the cleanliness of the storefront and learning to assist with basic baking/slicing tasks.
Job Requirements
- Availability: Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: No prior experience is required—just a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Retail or cash-handling experience is a bonus.
- Physical demands: Requires continuous standing, walking, and the ability to frequently lift/carry up to 7.5 kg (16 lbs) and occasionally up to 22 kg (48 lbs).
