Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and versatile Service Technician to provide maintenance and facility support across commercial and industrial properties.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance and repair work, including general property repairs, pressure washing, minor renovations, parking lot maintenance, asphalt patching, line painting, signage and bollard installation, debris removal, and post-construction cleanup. Welding and custom metalwork experience is considered an asset.

 

Candidates must be comfortable safely operating hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles, working independently or as part of a team, and responding efficiently to service requests.

 

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This position is well suited to someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, dependable, and enjoys completing a variety of maintenance and repair projects.

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Minimum Requirement:

  • 5+ year of experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, trades, or a related hands-on role preferred.
  • Candidates with strong mechanical ability, willingness to learn, and a positive work ethic may also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary & Compensation – Service Technician

  • Starting Wage: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
