Service Technician – Job Description

• Responsible for providing reliable maintenance and facility support services across commercial and industrial properties.
• Performs a wide range of maintenance tasks including property repairs, exterior cleaning, site maintenance, equipment care, and construction-related support.
• Requires a versatile individual with strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Completes hands-on maintenance work including pressure washing, litter removal, general repairs, and minor renovations.
• Performs parking lot maintenance including asphalt patching, line painting, signage installation, and bollard installation.
• Assists with welding and custom metalwork projects (asset).
• Completes post-construction clean-up, debris removal, and general site organization.
• Safely operates hand tools, power equipment, and company vehicles.
• Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Responds to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining client properties to a safe, functional, and professional standard.
• Ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and enjoys a variety of hands-on maintenance work.

Minimum Requirement:

• 2+ year of experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, trades, or a related hands-on role preferred.
• Candidates with strong mechanical ability, willingness to learn, and a positive work ethic may also be considered.

Salary & Compensation – Service Technician

• Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour.
