Job Overview

Training Period Approx. 2 weeks

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, merchandising products attractively to encourage sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with customers and team members while maintaining phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
  • Manage time effectively to balance customer service duties with station maintenance tasks.
  • Support safety procedures by conducting routine inspections of equipment and reporting any hazards immediately.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the station tidy and stocked efficiently.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of POS systems and other technology tools used in daily operations.
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to assisting others.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
