Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, merchandising products attractively to encourage sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with customers and team members while maintaining phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
- Manage time effectively to balance customer service duties with station maintenance tasks.
- Support safety procedures by conducting routine inspections of equipment and reporting any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the station tidy and stocked efficiently.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of POS systems and other technology tools used in daily operations.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to assisting others.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
