We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our amazing team! If you love creating memorable guest experiences, enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for wellness and hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

As the first and last point of contact for our spa guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, relaxing and exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries by phone and email
• Book and manage spa appointments using Milano Spa Software
• Process retail and spa service payment transactions and provide guests with accurate receipts
• Develop a strong knowledge of our spa services, products and experiences to confidently assist and recommend services to guests
• Assist with spa staff scheduling and day-to-day coordination
• Communicate effectively with management and spa staff throughout the day to ensure the smooth operation of the spa
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting reception area and spa environment
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas
• Support the team with additional duties and projects as required

Availability

Must be available for a flexible schedule including daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Experience

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, with 2+ years considered an asset
• Experience in a spa, salon, hair, beauty, hospitality or retail environment is an asset
• Experience with appointment booking or scheduling software is an asset, but training will be provided

Start at $18 per hour
