Marketing Manager

We're rebranding......and we want you to help lead the story!

Oxford Wood Co (formerly Oxford Pallet & Recyclers Ltd.) has been a trusted name in pallet recycling, manufacturing, and logistics since 1999. This week, we launched a brand-new identity and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to build on that momentum and take our marketing program to the next level. We want someone who thinks ahead of the curve: fresh ideas, sharp instincts, and the drive to push our marketing tin bold new directions to grow the business.

What You'll Do:

Own the strategy. Develop and lead our annual marketing plan and budget, set goals, track KPIs, and report results to the Leadership Team.

Innovate, don't imitate. Bring new ideas and approaches, from emerging digital tactics to creative campaigns, that keep us ahead of the competition.

Champion the new brand. Guide our rebrand rollout and protect brand consistency across every touchpoint.

Drive digital growth. Manage Google Ads and Google Business Profile, track performance through GA4, and use SEO to grow qualified traffic and leads.

Bring the creative vision. Set content strategy and creative direction for social media, then guide our Marketing Assistant in bringing it to life.

Shape our online home. Oversee website content and ongoing development to keep it sharp and on-brand.

Get out from behind the desk. Represent us at industry trade shows and events, and oversee the materials that get us there.

Partner cross-functionally. Work with the Leadership Team to make sure marketing fuels business growth.

What You Bring:

- A creative, big-picture thinker who's always looking for the next idea to grow the business
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign leadership and supervisory experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, and SEO
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress, and social platforms
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to trade shows and events
