Job Description

K2K Productions is a registered charitable organization that exists to help young people discover who they are, where they fit, and their purpose through faith, mentorship, and the performing arts.

As K2K enters its next season, we are strengthening the systems, leadership and resources behind our mission.

We are looking for an Operations & Development Manager who loves creating order, improving systems, building relationships and getting meaningful work accomplished.

This is not simply an administrative support position.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership. Someone who sees what needs to happen, develops a plan, follows through and cares about the outcome.

The successful candidate will initially work across two important areas of K2K: Operations and Resource Development.

As the role develops, there is opportunity for increased leadership and ownership based on the individual's strengths and the evolving needs of the organization.

What You'll Do

Operations

  • Help lead the systems and processes that keep K2K running effectively
  • Support and eventually oversee registration systems and processes
  • Support family operational communications
  • Manage and improve administrative workflows
  • Build, document and maintain SOPs
  • Help ensure organizational systems are accurate, efficient and current
  • Coordinate calendars, deadlines and recurring organizational processes
  • Work confidently across technology platforms including CampBrain, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Stripe and Google Workspace
  • Support financial administration and organizational record keeping
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop better ways of working

Resource Development

  • Help strengthen K2K's donor stewardship systems
  • Support donor communication and follow-up
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns and initiatives
  • Support sponsorship development and fulfillment
  • Assist with grant opportunities and administration
  • Maintain accurate donor and partner information
  • Help build relationships with individuals, businesses, churches and community partners
  • Develop systems that ensure supporters are known, thanked and meaningfully connected to K2K's mission
