Front Desk Receptionist

Terra Nova Nordic Spa & Café is a unique countryside retreat offering guests a place to relax, reconnect and recharge. Our boutique spa experience includes saunas, a steam room, hot pool, cold plunge, peaceful resting spaces, spa treatments and an onsite café.

We are looking for a warm, confident and dependable person to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist. As one of the first people our guests meet, you will play an important role in creating the calm, welcoming and attentive experience Terra Nova is known for.

What You Will Do

• Warmly welcome guests and assist them throughout their visit
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service
• Answer questions and help guests feel comfortable in the spa environment
• Manage appointments using our spa booking software
• Complete basic computer and administrative tasks
• Help maintain a calm, organized and welcoming front desk
• Work alongside our spa, wellness and café team to support a positive guest experience

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• A confident, calm and professional demeanour
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Word
• Willing and able to learn our spa booking software
• Dependable and available to work the required evening schedule
• Able to remain composed and helpful in a guest-focused environment
• Respectful and supportive toward both guests and fellow team members
• Smart Serve certification is considered an asset
• First Aid certification is considered an asset
