Job Description
Woodstock Dairy Queen is looking for Store Manager. Will provide leadership and guidance to a staff of 12-20 people. Must be able to perform all job functions (employer will train), and have the ability to learn new systems easily. Will have proven experience in management to ensure guest service in all areas meet applicable standards for quality, value and cleanliness. Will also handle minor customer complaints, taking prompt and appropriate actions. Must have excellent customer service and employee relation skills and experience leading in a compassionate people focused environment . Will maintain equipment, order products, complete weekly scheduling, and make all products. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment, at times under pressure. Will be required to lift up to 45 lbs periodically. Must have a good manner and a positive attitude. Will complete store opening and closing procedures. Must have non-slip shoes. Hours of work will be various shifts -store is open 7 days/week. Term of employment will be from February through to October, yearly.
