Woodingford Lodge is recruiting for a temporary, part time Support Services Clerk

 

 

COMPETITION NUMBER:   2024-216

 

LOCATION:                            Woodingford Lodge – Woodstock, Tillsonburg & Ingersoll

 

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:     Permanent Part-Time (up to 24 hours/week – days/afternoons/weekends)

 

UNION AFFLIATION:            Non-Union

 

WAGE RANGE:                    $26.62 - $33.28/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:         

 

Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Service and Logistics, provides clerical support for Woodingford Lodge, and possesses the ability and the passion to support person centered care, and change culture in long term care. The shifts for this position are all days of the week, Monday-Sunday, which include evening and holiday shifts. The earliest shift begins at 6:00am and the latest shift ends at 10:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:    

                                                

Minimum Grade 12 education.  Post-secondary education in the field of office administration would be considered an asset. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe and database management. Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment, such as scanner, fax machine, and photocopier. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve positive outcomes. Current valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Current satisfactory criminal reference check.
