Job Description

Wesco Trailers is a leading Trailer Rental company specializing in renting commercial Trailers. With a

professionals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Trailer Maintenance Technician Apprentice
(Code 310-J) to join our dynamic team. 

As a Trailer Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians to
learn and develop the skills necessary for trailer maintenance and repair. This apprenticeship (Code 310-
J) is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are sincere, hardworking, and eager to learn the
intricacies of trailer maintenance in a hands-on environment. 
 

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of trailers according to industry standards.
• Learn and apply preventive maintenance techniques to ensure the longevity of trailer
equipment.
• Work closely with senior technicians to understand and execute repairs efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to tire changes, brake adjustments, and
lubrication.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to learning.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license & cell phone
