Stubbe’s is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services.
This position is in Harley (between Brantford and Woodstock).
As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing plans, overseeing a diverse range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns and content creation. Your focus will be on enhancing Stubbe's market presence and driving business growth. YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Managing and optimizing the operational activities of the marketing department, including campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a unified and effective market approach.
- Adapting strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Leading the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum impact.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Understand the variety of market segments we are in and what our customers are looking for in each segment.
- Spearheading customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Proficiently leading a team by providing adequate resources and insightful guidance to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals with Marketing Team Members.
- Cultivating a results-driven culture within the marketing team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions, and ideas to make the company successful.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role within a similar industry.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or extensive experience working as a marketing manager.
