Job Description

Stubbe’s is a reputable family-owned and operated company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Stubbe’s started as a small precast company catering to the agricultural market and have since grown into a diversified company offering a wide range of concrete-related products and services.
This position is in Harley (between Brantford and Woodstock).

 

As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing plans, overseeing a diverse range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns and content creation. Your focus will be on enhancing Stubbe's market presence and driving business growth. If you're someone who can think creatively, apply analytical skills, and lead effectively to achieve the marketing department's objectives, this role might be the perfect fit for you!

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Managing and optimizing the operational activities of the marketing department, including campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a unified and effective market approach.
  • Adapting strategies based on market trends and performance data.
  • Leading the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum impact.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Understand the variety of market segments we are in and what our customers are looking for in each segment.
  • Spearheading customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Proficiently leading a team by providing adequate resources and insightful guidance to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals with Marketing Team Members.
  • Cultivating a results-driven culture within the marketing team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions, and ideas to make the company successful.
  • Other duties that may arise.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role within a similar industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or extensive experience working as a marketing manager.
