Cardinal Golf Group (Craigowan) Inc., is hiring!
We are looking for a Pro Shop Attendant
Main Functions: Works scheduled shifts in the Craigowan Clubhouse. Provide high level of
customer service while executing day to day operations
Duties:
▪ Complete regular Pro Shop tasks when scheduled, including; book tee times, answer
telephone, scoring, monitor pace of play and answer general inquiries.
▪ Ensure all Golf Services employees are completing their duties as outlined in the Policies and
Procedural Manual.
▪ Assist with tournament set up and scoring.
▪ Collect and properly organize data from league play.
▪ Process transaction accurately and efficiently.
▪ Book tee times over the telephone and in person when required.
▪ Provide assistance to customers over the telephone when required.
▪ Monitor the pace of play and take action when needed to eliminate any pace of play
problems.
▪ Facilitate the rental club program including paperwork and club condition.
▪ Execute cash procedures for opening and closing.
▪ Assist the Director of Golf with assigned tasks.
▪ Assist the Back Shop and Starter whenever needed with the bag drop and cart set up.
▪ Assist the Back Shop with cleaning and alarming carts at the end of the day.
▪ Complete assigned tasks from the Director of Golf.
Working Conditions:
o Work morning and evening shifts as per schedule.
o Certain shifts may be scheduled away from the counter in order to provide assistance to the
outside services with regards to tournament set up.
Employment Requirements:
o Self motivated and directed.
o Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word as well as a basic knowledge in Windows.
o Must be able to handle some moderate lifting.
o Must have a valid drivers license
