Student Developmental Services Worker

• You are able to provide daily living supports, supporting personal health care, mental health and wellness support, and dispensing medications accurately
• You are able to work professionally, interact well with others and are tolerant of others who may be intolerant of you
• You have excellent listening skills
• You have excellent communication and accurate writing skills
• You have a post-secondary degree/diploma in a social service field
• You have further education and training related to health, behavior specialties
• You have current First Aid, CPR and NVCI
• You have a valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable car to use for work
• You have proven ability through experience to:
  • Accommodate flexible supports
  • Develop and follow individual support plans
  • Provide support to individuals with a variety of abilities in their homes and community
