Job Description

Provide ongoing supports to a wide variety of individuals who are supported by Community Living Tillsonburg. Supports will include community involvement opportunities, recreational/leisure activities and employment opportunities.

This may involve following through on person centred plans, creative problem solving, fostering independence, provide knowledge and training in areas such as life skills, employment skills, social skills and safety awareness.
