Customer Service / Dispatcher
MIDNIGHT SHIFT Sunday to Wednesday (4 x 10) or Thursday to Saturday (3 X 12)

We are currently looking to fill a position of Customer Service / Dispatcher in our Ingersoll, Ontario location. The position is permanent and full-time.
This position involves:
- Professionally receive and respond to requests from customers and drivers.
- Create, communicate, schedule and follow up on tasks.
- Schedule work based on priority, customer needs and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Previous dispatch experience required with 2 – 3 years preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills are necessary.
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy in quality of work.
