Job Description

Stubbe’s is a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 40 years.

Stubbe’s started as a small precast company servicing the agricultural market, evolving over the past 40 years to a diversified company that provides a wide range of concrete (related) products and services.  

 Working on a construction crew travelling to various construction sites across Ontario. This position reports to our main office location in Harley, ON on a daily basis. (located between Brantford, ON and Woodstock, ON). This position is NOT seasonal. 

Reporting to the Caulking & Painting Manager the Caulking & Painting Install Lead Hand will be responsible for leading a crew of 3-4 other caulkers. Must be able to maintain a schedule and keeping the crew motivated, productive and performing high quality work.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Responsible for the supervision of the Caulking & Painting crew
  • Paint and caulk large commercial projects off of manlifts and swing stage equipment
  • Fire caulking of commercial projects
  • Paint prep and protection
  • Misc concrete patching
  • Caulking precast panel joints
  • Other duties as requested by management
