Microsoft System Coordinator (Summer Internship)

Objective Engineering Inc. is an entrepreneurial engineering firm based in Ingersoll, Ontario. We are currently looking for a temporary Microsoft Systems Coordinator who will update and develop templates, Standard Operating Procedures, migrate data, and other related activities.

• You have experience or knowledge in creating Excel and MS templates and macros.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of templates in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Migrate data from our current system to a new system.
• Facilitate the onboarding of Coda.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise.

To qualify for this funded position, applicants must:

• Be a youth aged 18-30.
• Be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee with the right to work in Canada.
