Job Description

We are currently hiring 1 Full-Time Warehouse Cleaner. We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual to join our team. Someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, has great attendance and is a team player.

The shift runs Sunday to Thursday, working 11pm-7am.

 

The warehouse at this location stores various food products at different temperatures. You will be required to work in all three storage sections (dry, cooler and freezer) so must be able to handle working varying temperatures. The coldest area is within the ice cream freezer at -25 degrees. All protective equipment for the freezer will be provided, including coat, pants, gloves, hat, etc.

This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position. There is a lot of walking, bending, twisting and lifting involved. The maximum weight lifted is approximately 60lbs. Must be comfortable working around moving machinery. 

 

Some of the duties involved in the position include:

- Sweeping/Dry Mopping/Mopping

- Pulling Plastic & Picking up Debris

- Emptying Garbage

- Cleaning Product Spills

- Cleaning Racking (Deep Cleans )

- Operating Machines: Sweeper, Scrubber and T-500

All training will be provided for the position.

Employees must provide their own CSA approved safety shoes. All other equipment will be provided.
