Job Description
We are a small Security company in South-Western Ontario with clients through-out Ontario looking to hire a Level 2 or 3 Electrical Journeyman or an Experienced Security Technician/Installer.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of Experience in the Industry
You will be working under a Master Electrician and will have the opportunity to obtain your 309A
Job Duties
-Programming, Installing, Servicing & Repairing, and maintaining Intrusion panels and devices
-Programming, installing, and configuring CCTV components (Servers & NVR)
-Programming, Installing, servicing & repairing Intercom and Fire detection devices.
-Performing overhead work (Lifts & Ladders) to install or repair when needed
-Running, testing, laying, and terminating of various wire and cabling
-Work will be Inside and Outside all year round
-Work will be in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural settings
-Fluent in English, with demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills
-Troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve
-Strong customer service skills
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications.
-1-3 years minimum in the Security Industry
-Valid Class G license with a clean driving record & Criminal record
-Preferred candidate will have First Aid, Fall arrest and WAH
-Ability to work with hand-tools, power-tools and lift up to 70lbs
-Ability to work independently or part of a team
