We are seeking dedicated Customer Service/Food Counter Attendants to join our team. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to have you on board.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests following proper serving etiquette
- Handle guest requests or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
We have Full Time and Part Time positions available, as well as some student positions. Candidates should have availability for the store hours and the retauratn operates 7 days per week. We would love to interview interested people!
