Job Description
Employer looking for an experienced Chef with a minimum of 5 years culinary experience.
Job Duties:
- Cooking-preparation of simple pub food menu items in a timely fashion, following menu specifications.
- Preparation of large batch recipes.
- Knife skills.
- Experience working with fryer, grill and cold stations.
- Experience with expediting.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
- Stocking stations and preparing for service.
- Inventory and ordering.
- Supervising the kitchen and managing kitchen staff.*Assisting the Head Chef with menu creation.

*Ability to follow instructions and multi-task while remaining focused.
*Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts).
*Attention to detailand strong dedication to quality.

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Physical capability to lift heavy items over the course of shifts.
