Job Description
Physician retiring.
Located in a busy, progressive and growing community in SW Ontario. The Clinic is less than an hour from London, Stratford and Port Dover and 20 minutes from the 401 for an easy commute, if desired.
The office is in a professional plaza with pharmacy and lots of free parking. 594 Broadway Ave. Tillsonburg.
Work in a friendly Family Health Organization (FHO) clinic of 5 physicians with full support staff of RN’s, RPN’s and medical office assistants.
Option of established patient roster.
Transition into a full-time practice as a recent graduate of Family Medicine residency with mentorship if desired.
Using PS Suite EMR.
