Job Description

Work in a top-rated Volvo Truck Dealership with over 40 years of operation. The Woodstock dealer location is growing their award winning service team.
As a front line company representative, candidates are to maintain a professional appearance and engage customers & staff in a positive manner
Duties include:

Communicate with Customers, Service and Parts staff. scheduling appointments, performing vehicle check-in and intake of customer requests. creating repair orders, completing and delivering repair estimates. Communicating to customer during repair process, securing payment. Process repair invoicing, collecting payment etc. Communicating to customers using various methods including; phone, email and social media formats.

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Qualifications:
Secondary School (Preferred)
Service advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
