Full Time Labourer

QUALIFICATIONS: 
- Must be self motivated 
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds over significant distances and work in an outdoor environment 
- Must be able to work in team environment and be willing to follow directions of Field Supervisor and other more experienced co-workers
- Must be professional in appearance and behavior 
- Must be willing to work the occasional weekend(s)
-  G license is encouraged & preferred, but not required. However all potential employees must be able to have reliable transportation to & from our warehouse In Drumbo each working day

DUTIES: 
- Communicate in a friendly, professional and effective manner with customers and co-workers 
- Load and unload trucks and trailers 
- Transport materials between vehicle and installation site locations across Southwestern Ontario
- Construct, install and remove multiple styles of tents 
- Work in a focused, team environment 
- Work within standard operating and safety procedures at all times in accordance with health and safety
- Work is conducted outside, in all weather conditions 

WORK SCHEDULE: 

We are seeking: 
- Full time and part time candidates for late summer, and fall employment 
- Candidates who want to get exercise, work outdoors, and complete physical based work with their hands 
- Candidates who want to work in a fast paced, non-traditional, and team environment   

Salary will be discussed during the employment process, hourly wage will be dependent on the amount of responsibilities you can take on as a potential employee, and can be negotiated. 

We are happy to discuss and negotiate wages, especially with potential full-time employees who have full G driving experience (trailers, open trailers, etc)
