Job Description
The Warehouse Associate's main responsibilities are to carry out various jobs in the warehouse and support production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately fulfilling orders received from the Warehouse Manager.
- Timely and accurately picking items/products from bill of ladings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
- Operate a walk behind jack and load trucks and fulfill orders for delivery as required
- Maintain organization of product in the storage freezer.
- Supply production line with product of various sizes and weights.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Education
Experience Required
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED preferred.
*Warehouse experience preferred.
*Ability to work in a cold environment.
*Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
*Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend which is required virtually the entire shift.
*Will frequently lift and or move 10kg and occasionally lift and or move more than 30kg.
*Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
