Job Description

The Assisted Living Program is a not-for -profit community organization providing care for vulnerable seniors & adult's with disabilities in their own homes. Employer has an opportunity for a Personal Support Worker to work in their program and support clients in the Ingersoll and surrounding area.

Services provided may include:

Personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, medication reminders, reassurance checks, charting and other tasks that help the individual remain safely in their own home.

Client care schedule is a flex care model based on Client's input and needs.

Care plans are updated on a regular basis.

Education

Secondary School Diploma

Experience Required

Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between client homes.
